General Returns Information

Should you wish to return items, either faulty or unwanted, please ensure that you notify us by sending an email to within 7 days of receipt, quoting the order number, and the reason for returning. Items must be returned in its original packaging without tampering with the item.  We do not accept any items that have been used, opened or not in the original packaging.  The buyer will also bear the cost of posting and other expenses. Please note that we are unable to offer a ‘Sell or Return model’.

We will only refund the cost of your purchase to the method of payment that you use when you bought the item(s) from our website.  Some items are not eligible for returns, please ensure you do the needful as we will not accept items that have been categorised as non-refundable.

Unwanted Items

We will not refund items that are returned without the full original ratio (unless the items are faulty). We will, at our discretion, charge a 15% restocking fee for unwanted items that are returned, unless the items are faulty or incorrectly sent.

Please, note the below conditions:

  • We will not refund items if it is not in original packaging
  • Returns should be made in the original, undamaged packaging
  • We recommend returning the goods by registered/insured post
  • We are not liable for the postage fee for the return of goods
  • We will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred whilst returns are held by third parties
  • Refunds will be made once the items are received by us
  • Your refund will be credited to the same card or PayPal account, with which you made your original payment.
  • Refunds can take 7-14 working days to reflect in your account
